I could do all the "hard" core exercises. But I felt weak. I peed myself when I coughed or ran. My lower pooch persisted. It wasn't until I understood how the Pelvic Floor (this big group of muscles we don't see or appreciate) help the CORE move, feel and LIVE more BEST!
