Webinar Ideas - Feedback Needed
We’re starting to plan out some upcoming webinars for the community and would LOVE your input!! What topics would actually be most helpful for you and your team right now? A few ideas we’ve been tossing around: • CRM best practices workshop • Workflow design + operational efficiency • Building a proactive client experience • Leveraging your CRM during the great wealth transfer • Cybersecurity best practices for advisory firms • Compliance conversations • OCIO Partners • Panels with other industry experts • Team training + adoption strategies • Data integrity + CRM cleanup But honestly… we want to build content around what YOU want to learn more about. So tell us:What operational, technology, or growth topics would be most valuable for us to cover? Drop your ideas in the comments below 👇

One thing I have noticed is that email management is a big source of poor time management. I've looked into small courses or presentations that provide good email, inbox, folder management, etc. skills but they are lengthy and boring/not something anyone would want to sit through.
Client Experience
Our firm is focusing this year on ways to elevate our client experience. What are some items your firm does that you believe elevates the overall client experience?

I love the college sweatshirts idea!
Jump vs. Zocks vs. GReminders... Which are you using, and Why?
Hi everyone, looking for real-world feedback and details about which notetaker your firm is using and why. We're at a large BD that has these 3 as the only approved options. I've been testing Jump and Zocks off and on for the past 6 months but haven't pulled the trigger yet on either. I had originally been leaning towards Jump due to their Insights, but Zocks seems like the summaries are more thorough, and a UI that makes more sense to me. Zocks also pulls in email content as a meeting prep source and now integrates with Holistiplan too, which is a big win for us. We have a team of 9 advisors, 10 client service associates, and 4 admin. We use Wealthbox, RightCapital, and Holistiplan. Would love to hear your experiences!

We use GReminders and Redtail. I have been amazed at what GReminders is capable of. It was a bit of a learning curve for me because it can do so much. The service team is top notch which is so appreciated. They rolled out a new Notetaker Template. You use AI to type in what you want collected during the meeting and can tailor it to your exact words so you can reword, rephrase, etc. until it gets it right. Once I play around with this, I'll add another comment here. My only complaint, and it's a big deal to me, is that clients do not receive an email with the invitation to simply "Accept" and have it automatically save to their calendar. They will receive a confirmation email and any reminder emails you create with the meeting details in the body of email. We have had many clients say they didn't receive the Zoom link/meeting details because I think they are expecting that invitation type email to accept. GR's does have a variable to add to the body of email that allows the clients to "Add to calendar" but unless they are logged into their email, it's not as efficient as the invitation email.
