Hi everyone, I’ve just signed up for Deal Packaging fast track with Jamie York. So excited I’ve taken my first step into the property investment business world. My ultimate goal is to make enough money to buy an equestrian property for my family and our three horses. I’m based in Staffordshire which has some gorgeous properties.

Thought I would share an exciting moment for us as we have today exchanged on our next project. A commercial building which we will be submitting planning on for 30-40 flats. Getting through the legals has taken 8 months so far now the fun part of pre-app and then full planning. Surrounded by residential, re-use of existing offices and brownfield site, the council's housing supply is half of its target and take into account a number of other considerations, we are confident in our application and will be able to bring some amazing properties to help the much needed demand for new homes.
