What is wrong with the Beignet? I don't mind a good croissant. But, let's not sleep on a really fresh set of Beignets from Cafe' du Monde in New Orleans. Add a Cafe Au Lait and I'm in heaven. Keep your croissants. I know! I think I'll maybe head out this weekend pick some up. If there's any left over, I'll share.
