I’ve just spent almost an hour trying to do the AI snapshot. It’s telling me to sign into my account, won’t let me in, won’t let me reset the password. I feel like it’s doing it deliberately Can anybody help me out please?

@Jim Ebbelaar Thankyou. I’ve just finished doing my AI snapshot but I’ve not managed to get my full report. Loads of confetti came down the screen and I clicked thinking it was done and I got took to a different section. How do I access my full report please?
