Offer Completed 🚀
Hey team, after a lot of procrastination, I finally created my offer 🙂 I’d done this exercise last year, but revisiting it made one thing clear… it wasn’t great. This time, I rebuilt the offer with help from ChatGPT, and it surfaced a lot of ideas I genuinely hadn’t considered before. I’ve fully shifted my ICP to Architects running their own studios. They’re the easiest for me to work with and the people I actually enjoy doing business with. Builders are now my secondary ICP, which I’ll mainly target through messaging and content. Overall, it feels like I’ve hit a sweet spot. The offer is about 90% complete, and the rest will come from testing it. Right now, I’m revising my LinkedIn profile to match this ICP, then defining content pillars and getting started with posting. I haven’t built my outreach list yet, but that comes after the profile and content foundation are in place. After way too many weeks, it finally feels like things are clicking again 🚀 Looking forward to catching you all tonight (for me)!

AMA Recap — Great energy today 🚀 Quick shoutout to @Muhammad Haris and @Lauren Webster for jumping in and being super open about where they’re at with their businesses. These conversations always land better when people come ready to work through things — so thank you both. A few quick takeaways from the session: • Keep outreach focused. You don’t need 10 platforms — pick the 1–2 that fit your style and go deeper there. • Make your content scannable + intentional. Shorter posts, clear points, and a simple call-to-action go a long way. (And if you’re unsure who you’re talking to yet, that’s totally normal — clarity comes with reps.) • Think in small, repeatable habits. 20 comments > 200 once. Two solid posts > five rushed ones. Consistency is what compounds. • Work backwards from your goal. Whether it’s 5 clients or 50, the math tells you what activities actually matter. Loved the momentum today. Keep in mind the Marketing adage…deliver the right message to the right person at the right time. 30 Dayish - Pre New Year Goal
Hey team, just got back to my desk after a few days of bed rest, thanks to a viral fever. Anyway, here are my goals until the new year. Still gaining clarity, but this is where I’m at: 1. Dial in my prospecting. I’ve jumped between too many outreach methods in the past. I’m narrowing down to just two: Upwork + LinkedIn. Plan: Spend 1–2 focused hours daily. (Earlier, I tried tracking posts/comments/proposals, but that didn’t work for me.) 2. Fix the “high-energy start, quick slump” loop. To counter the pattern, I’ll spend 1 hour daily learning and engaging in the community. 3. Refresh my offer. I built my offer and did the research almost a year ago, and it’s basically collecting dust. Before January, I’ll revise everything and adjust it for the coming year. 4. Build a real system for habits + business. I’m not fully sure what the “system” should look like yet, so maybe we can unpack this during the AMA call this week. That's all for now🚀

Love this, @Muhammad Haris — getting your goals out in the wild is a win by itself. The clarity here is solid, and each point is something you can work with and build on. A couple things I especially like: • Narrowing outreach to Upwork + LinkedIn — focus beats everything. • 1 hour/day learning + engaging — this will pay off way faster than it feels in the moment. • Refreshing the offer — perfect timing with a clean slate going into January ‘26. And yes, #4 is a great AMA topic. We can definitely unpack what a simple, sustainable “system” looks like — habits, pipeline, tracking, all of it. But most of that is what we’l start to unlock in Jan with our 12-week freelance roadmap. Glad you’re feeling better — keep this momentum going. 🚀
Check, Check and Check!
Out of the 6 core services that I offer, I have officially finished 2 of the consultation presentations that I will be presenting to potential clients inquiring about these services. I have also posted the first official 'ad' promoting the 2 related services that I offer, and can I just tell you, those two presentations alone were completely daunting when starting from scratch. I was completely intimidated by where I should even begin to present these services, but I knew that I needed a visual, detailed and solid roadmap of how I would begin to sell the services when I do get a call, inquiring for the services, so ✔️✔️ and ✔️ It's been a good start to the week, I've divy'd up my time between my client, and the development of my content for the services that I have defined, hoping I can keep up the pace throughout the week!

@Lauren Webster this is awesome — really great progress. Knocking out those first presentations is no small thing. If you’re ever open to sharing a bit of your process in a future session, I think the whole group (myself included) could get a ton of value from it. Big win this week 👏🚀
