🎯 What New Habit Are You Sticking To This Year?
Happy Friday, everyone! A new year is the perfect time to build habits that elevate our personal growth and professional success. So, I'm curious: 💬 What new habit are you committing to in 2025? To inspire your journey, here are two must-read books that I like to revisit once in a while that have helped me build powerful, lasting habits and achieve my goals: 📘 Atomic Habits by James Clear: This book is a game-changer for breaking bad habits and building good ones! It dives deep into the small changes that lead to big results and makes habit formation feel simple and achievable. 📙 The 12 Week Year by Brian Moran: Setting goals for a whole year can feel overwhelming. It's all about achieving more in 12 weeks than most do in 12 months by focusing on clarity, execution, and accountability. Drop your habit, and if you have other book recommendations in the comments to set this year for success! I'm committed to becoming a gymbro! (Will let you know how that goes 💪)

I just made an update about this in my community. I'm gonna keep following my every 3 day going to the gym, noticeable changes already after one year
What does 2025 hold for the career coaching industry?
I want to revamp a discussion we had some months ago about AI in the career coaching industry, especially with the new year coming up. AI tools are already changing how job seekers prepare for resumes, interviews, and job hunting. Platforms like ChatGPT, Google’s Interview Warmup, and LinkedIn’s AI tools are more accessible than ever. But what does this mean for us as career coaches? 🤔 The Big Debate Questions: 1. Do you think AI tools will replace career coaches by 2025? 2. How are you using AI tools in your practice today (or avoiding them)? 3. How can AI amplify our impact without replacing the human touch? 4. Is there something AI will never be able to replicate? 💡 My Take (feel free to challenge me!): I believe AI tools are incredible for saving time and automating tactical tasks like resume reviews or market research. 👉 But when it comes to building trust, understanding emotions, and helping clients make values-driven decisions, humans remain irreplaceable. I’ve recorded a video where I share my full predictions for 2025 and how AI will influence the career coaching space. Watch it for a deeper understanding of my thoughts on how we can work alongside AI to elevate our impact. I’d love to hear your thoughts! 🗣️ 👇 Drop your opinions, experiences, or predictions for 2025 in the comments.

@Daniel Botero yeah, absolutely. For example, yesterday I used ChatGPT to turn my graphical cv to a text, ats style cv. It did it in a couple of seconds, with good examples of highlights and descriptions. You need to edit of course a little. I don’t want to see people charging a lot for services where they secretly use ChatGPT to do the work for them. I hope there will be transparency.
