Texting / Emailing hundreds of leads from a cash buyer list I pulled through xleads. Getting basically zero responses. Not using my xleads number because I can’t get A2P approved. Does anyone have any suggestions to getting a higher response rate? Or is calling the list just the move?

On another note can I have some help getting approved for A2P on XLeads?!?!? Plz. Got denied 7 times. Emailed the support team and I still didn’t get approved. I don’t have a website if that’s the only deciding factor, but the reason for denial that’s shown up the most is for my CTA, which I go and change every time and still gets denied. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just really taking action into wholesaling now with my close friend and partner. Looking to get into land, trying Arizona to start with. Doing cold out reach to buyer list pulled through X first. I’m more than happy to connect with anyone, JV, help each other out, bring each other up. Let’s go!!!!

Hi everyone, I recently signed up with XLeads and I can sign into the website just fine. However, when I try to click the leads tab or many others, it takes me to another sign in page where it then states that my login information is incorrect. Has anyone else run into this problem and found a way around it?

With being a wholesaler looking for a cash buyer have you guys ever called a “we buy homes” sign? If so, how was the experience? I’ve been trying to build my own cash buyer list from ground up but it seems like most of the ones I’ve found are listing agents, any advice?
