Working window units
Do your cash buyers both landlords and flippers keep working window air-conditioners or replace them with central air and heat?

If it’s a quick flip they might just keep the window units but if it’s a long term play or it’s very worth it to put in central heating and air then they’ll do that. But it depends on the situation. Usually for speed they’ll leave them but if they want to wait and make the most they’ll go all the way.

@Heath Mcdaniel yes, they say you should have about 500$ extra for marketing costs. So 97 for xleads, 226 for M2M, and 500 for marketing. ~800/month
