I need advice
Has anyone here ever had to cancel a deal that wasn’t moving? I’m having trouble finding buyers and recently renegotiated with the seller for a lower price but have less than 20 days to find an end buyer. Any advice helps

@David Collazos I had a couple of them lined up sent it to them and they weren’t interested in a fire damage, maybe I should’ve marketed it as a buy and hold/ infill lot instead of fire damaged/ land value
