Intro
Hi! Turned 46 this year. I have in perimenopause for several years now. I was placed on estradiol and progesterone last summer but held off because I had a hysterectomy in August. I started them after my surgery and it helped with hot flashes and night sweats and weight loss (i had been stalled for months on tz) I started cream testosterone 2 months ago to optimize my t levels but don’t feel any better with brain fog and energy. This hormones adventure has made me feel lost in the jungle sometimes. I love the social media content and always open to trying new things to help me feel better. Looking forward to what i will learn in here!
