Hi everyone. I am new to this group and have just started applying what I haven't learned with the myofascial referral method and have had much success. I do have a question, I have a post stroke client (Aug 2026) who still has tightness in his effected knee, I have done foam rolling via stick and stretching but he says its still like a turnic around his knee. I am guessing its something nerve related, but not sure. Is there something I can do using the referral method to help?
