💲💵 How to Make ~ 2 Million Dollars Next Year, No Really!
I’ve restructured my cash-based clinic — and the numbers finally match the results I get with my methods. I recently changed the structure of my clinic from 10 sessions for $4,000 to 7 sessions for $6,000, delivered once per week. Why? Because it aligns better with: - patient compliance - clinical outcomes - time leverage - and sustainable growth as a solo provider Here’s how the model works in real numbers: - ~40 evaluations booked per week through a highly targeted FB/IG system I’ve developed and refined over years - ~60% show rate → ~24 evaluations per week - ~32% conversion rate - One therapist (me) - ~35 hours/week - 11 months/year (4 weeks off) At this volume and pricing, the math works out to: - ~$41,000/week - ~$164,000/month - ~$1.8M gross annually - ~35% overhead That puts projected gross income at $1.8M/ year and net income (take home) around $1.2M/year I’m sharing this to challenge a few common myths: “Everyone wants to use insurance.”Not true. There is a massive population of chronic pain patients who have exhausted the system and are actively looking for someone who knows what they’re doing. When you can clearly communicate value and outcomes, many are willing to pay cash. Remember I don't have sales techniques, I just get the person out of pain using my methods I teach and that drives sales! “Cash clinics can’t scale with integrity.” Also not true. I’m not worried about outcomes because I use the same clinical methods I teach — and many of you are already using them successfully in your own practices. For patients who truly can’t afford my care, I refer them to clinicians I’ve trained locally who use my protocols. That way, patients still get real help, and clinicians still win. Everyone wins. If you want to learn: - the clinical decision-making systems - how to structure high-value cash clinic based on my methods - and how to build a profitable, ethical solo model I offer a Hybrid Clinical + Business Mentorship.

What Causes Metatarsalgia?
I have had a lot of success treating vague foot pain which gets diagnosed as metatarsalgia over the years. In my clinical experience I have not found it to be a foot issue, it is coming from somewhere else, watch and click "Subscribe" https://youtu.be/Pvw7YpFBkRw?si=ERXw0cKr8uy1uI4x

A Patient is Mad at Me
During SI/sacral rehab it is very common to have a back spasm. This can make patients feel like "You hurt me" or "It's not working" If handled correctly I have significantly decreased the amount of patients that get skeptical and quit. I started recording a video in the beginning of rehab warning them about the possibility of this happening so when it happens they don't freak out and quit. This patient had a friend just diagnosed this week with cancer and hosted Thanksgiving. Stress and cleaning are common causes of back spasms. The problem was emotional but the clinician gets blamed by them when it happens. Here was my response to this patient who called all upset. I spoke with Dr. Whelton, and he asked me to reach out to you personally. He mentioned that he discussed with you what likely caused this recent flare-up—mainly a combination of stress and hosting during the holiday, which is something we see very often this time of year. He also shared that this is exactly why he explained potential flare-ups at the start of your rehab and included that information in the video you received, to warn you. Sometimes, during the middle of a program, the nervous system becomes overwhelmed through life events and a temporary spasm can occur. When that happens, the best approach is to let things settle and then return to the exercises gently and pain-free, just as outlined originally. Most importantly, he wants you to know that what happened is not a sign that the rehab isn’t working. It’s a very common bump in the road, and one he anticipated at the very beginning. Clinically, he’s not concerned—he just wants to make sure you feel supported and understand what’s going on. His recommendation is to allow the area to calm down—typically this takes about 1–3 weeks—and then ease back into your exercises once it feels comfortable to do so. We’re here for you through the process, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or need reassurance along the way.
