$91,000 in July Working 15.5 Hrs/Wk, Here is The Numbers...
SSPT – July 2026 Gross Income: $91,632.50 Refund: ($12,539.00) Fees: ($6,181.68) Facebook Marketing: ($18,086.55) Net Income: $54,825.27 Leads Booked: 82 Showed: 47 Converted: 15 Refunds: 2 Cancelled / No Show: 36 Performance Show Rate: 57.3% No Show / Cancellation Rate: 43.9% Conversion Rate (Showed → Converted): 31.9% My usual conversion rate is 25% so it was a little higher which is good. No show rate was 43.9% which is pretty typical month to month for me. The two refunds were from one patient who signed up and the next day had second thoughts and the other was from someone who was having good and bad days, good and weeks (usually a good sign that they are in the middle of rehab) but thought it should be faster process despite my expectation management attempts-this happens around ~1x every 2-3 years for me but it happens) I worked an average of 15.5 hrs a week and took 2.5 days off, and July is usually slow for me. Do you see what I am saying that my numbers are predictable from month to month for me?! Almost every month usually right about the same. My goal is to net 600k or more, just me, working around 20 hrs a week and I am getting close. I Made $89,000 in 2 Wks Then I Tanked...You're Being Lied To
I've been a cash-based clinic owner for about 17 years, and I also own a teaching company. One thing I've learned is this: Any entrepreneur who's being honest isn't having record-breaking months every single month, no matter what they're posting online to get you to join their program. I unfollow people that talk like this because I believe they are full of it! Business has ups and downs. Good weeks and months. Bad weeks and months. Great years. Slower years. That's normal. The question isn't whether every month is amazing. The question is: Is the overall trend moving up or down? That's what matters. I post a lot about how I've built a business that generates $100,000+ months while allowing me to work about 20 hours per week or less. My focus is creating super specialists in chronic pain, and I teach both the clinical methods and the business systems that made that possible. This month was a perfect example. The first two weeks were incredible. I generated ~$89,000. Then...the last two weeks? Nobody signed up. I started feeling discouraged. Every conversation eval seemed to end with "no." Then I looked at the month as a whole. - Average work week: 15.5 hours (even with 2.5 days of vacation) - July revenue: $89,000 (typically one of my slower months because of summer) - And I'm still taking vacation at the end of the month. Sometimes we get so caught up in what's happening right now that we forget to zoom out. A couple of slow weeks doesn't mean your business is broken. You have to zoom out! It means you're running a business! Keep your eyes on the long-term trend, not your emotions from the last few days. According to AI, a business model generating this level of revenue in physical therapy/chiropractic while working around 15–20 hours per week is an "outlier". I don't say that to brag, I say it because it's the result of building systems over many years, not chasing quick wins!
