I had that problem and maybe some of you can relate. So I built a simple system that handles this automatically with n8n: 1. Lead fills out your Wordpress → logged to Google Sheet 2. Welcome email goes out instantly 3. No reply after 2 days → automatic follow-up 4. Still nothing by day 5 → market update email 5. Day 10 → final nudge 6. They reply at any point → sequence stops [SCREENSHOT] Runs on n8n (cloud or self-hosted). You can change the emails to your own liking. Still a bit technical to set up and hope it is understandable, but sharing in case it helps someone here!
