Hey guys — ever lose a lead just because you forgot to follow up?

I had that problem and maybe some of you can relate.

So I built a simple system that handles this automatically with n8n:

Lead fills out your Wordpress → logged to Google Sheet
Welcome email goes out instantly
No reply after 2 days → automatic follow-up
Still nothing by day 5 → market update email
Day 10 → final nudge
They reply at any point → sequence stops

Runs on n8n (cloud or self-hosted). You can change the emails to your own liking. Still a bit technical to set up and hope it is understandable, but sharing in case it helps someone here!
