Agent Burnout and how to get ahead of it. [Insight]
Hey everyone,
I’m new to the group, so I figured I’d jump in with something that came up in a client convo today.
A friend of mine (now a client) is what I’d consider a successful Real Estate Agent. We met for coffee, and as soon as I asked, “How’s work?”—you could feel his energy shift. He got a little anxious and started opening up about agent burnout and how mentally taxing it can be trying to keep everyone happy while also running the day-to-day of his business.
Two areas stood out as getting the least love during those busy stretches:
~Pipeline Management: When agents are deep in deals, following up with new leads takes a backseat—which means missed opportunities.
~Business Maintenance: CRM updates, client notes, and task tracking fall off fast—not from neglect, just because there aren’t enough hours in the day.
It got me thinking how small tweaks can lead to big wins, even if it's just piece of mind knowing you aren't falling behind.
In his case, I built a quick workflow that auto-replies to inquiries, adds them to the CRM, books a call, and sends him a summary email—without him lifting a finger. It’s the first of many automations, but I thought I’d share in case it sparks ideas or if anyone wants to chat about other pain points.
Happy to connect if you have any questions!
