This form was created by a Tai Chi Master (whose name escapes me at the moment, lol) specifically for Jet Li's school Taiji Zen. 8 Energies (that we looked at in THIS POST) and 5 Steps = 13 The "ABC's" of Tai Chi. The movements here are different than those found in the form in the other post, but they express the same energies. This is my current favorite Tai Chi form and I have been practicing it daily for 2-3 years. I learned it from my teacher, DDR, who is the voice narrating the video. This is an overview but there are more specific breakdown lessons, so stay tuned. I also found a demonstration which shows a variation of speed and power generation, as well as a completely different form at the end (but notice some of the similarities, as the same 8 Energies are found throughout Tai Chi).
