Whats up everyone! My name is Michael - I am just getting started with Transactional funding. I am in Subto ✌️ and have been for 2 years now. Last year I closed a hand full of wholesale deals on the dispo side. This year I am planning to focus on funding deals. I am located In Boise, Idaho. I decided to go back to the basic. What I learn from my experience: better to slow down rather than get a bad deal.
