We have built our website: https://realtyrocket-system.lovable.app (Loom video still pending) We have thousands of ad credits on linkedin so we are gonna use them to get inbound appointments. The services we are offering are : -meta ads -ai caller (that will book the appointments on automation) -ai chatbots -crm setup(GHL) And our offer is getting 25-30 booked appointments without any involvement of the realtor. The charges we are thinking are - $1997 as Setup fees - 1st month no charge - $997/month for 2nd &3rd

For context: I run a SMMA for agents in the US I’m having trouble booking in meetings for my clients. I generate an average of 100-150 leads a month for each client from running their ads. I hired callers for the client’s leads, and originally it was going ok, but recently my best caller quit, and the other ones aren’t booking anything good, so my service delivery is getting much worse. I also tried Apptwise (AI SMS software) in the past, but it didn’t book me a single meeting. I feel like calling may be more effective. I would like to set up AI callers, as I feel it takes a long time to hire a good caller and train and manage them, whereas with an AI it’ll be automatic and be much more effective at booking meetings. I’m not sure how to go about doing this, e.g which softwares to use, so I’d appreciate any help or advice on how to get this setup. I’ve seen Gohighlevel’s new AI employee, but it says it only allows inbound calls, whereas I need outbound ones (if anyone knows a loophole to this where I can use GHL AI to do outbound calls, please let me know).
