Deal flow, Scaling to 2-3 deals per month?? How?!
Hey y'all, happy to be in the community, and contribute anyway I can and watch all community members grow and reach their goals. I'm a wholesaler in the NC market. Ive successfully closed 6 deals to date, looking to increase deal flow and consistently close 2-3 deals per month, what are some strategies, systems and processes y'all have implemented to see success in your business today?

Christmas is Coming in a Few Days, and everyone is wanting to slow down, watch some football, wrap your gifts and "Chill Out" But also your motivated sellers are stressing right now over Christmas with broken windows, leaky roofs, ugly houses just BEGGING YOU to buy their house for CASH so they can start 2026 fresh! There is so much money and opportunity out there RIGHT NOW! This actually might be the BEST TIME to be calling or marketing! Your competition and other wholesaler are taking it easy while you're pushing! Less competition, your sellers are stuck at home, and YOU NEED TO WIN!! Let me ask you... Will you feel 1000X better on Christmas day eating cookies and drinking eggnog with a monster $50k deal under contract or NOT?! GET TO WORK! GRIND UNTIL Christmas Eve (if you can), Take Christmas Off, then Back to Changing your Life!! Next Christmas (in 2026) you're going to be a completely different person! Frustrated
I am feeling super frustrated.... it's been a rough summer financially with my husband being on summer break from his teacher's aide job! Once I found this group I couldn't believe what a gold mine it is and I was so freaking excited. But I've been working so much and life has been giving me oranges and expecting me to make lemonade with them!!!! One curve ball after another. So I haven’t had time to dive in like I want to. I know one deal will change the trajectory of our situation. Do I just take the financial hit and focus on wholesaling or do I continue to hold off on wholesaling until my husband gets his first paycheck in Sept???
