What's the best script to use for wholesaling probate? I've gotten mixed suggestions and I just want to be sure.

Not because they don’t have value — they do. The purpose of those videos is to push you to take action. But most people use them as a crutch. It feels safer to binge train than to face the discomfort of doing the work. But here’s the truth: imperfect action beats zero action every time. 👉 Knowing every detail doesn’t get you a deal.👉 Perfect scripts don’t get you a deal.👉 Watching someone else close sellers DEFINITELY doesn’t get you a deal. It’s just like the gym. Reading every book won’t build muscle. Knowing every machine won’t get you in shape. Only consistent reps and sets do that. Wholesaling is no different. - Your reps = making offers. - Your sets = following up. - Your progressive overload = tracking data, adjusting, and doing it again tomorrow. You have to pay your dues. You have to take accountability for your life and your business. So, my question to you is this: what are you actually doing today? - Are you making calls? - Driving for dollars? - Sending texts and emails? - Placing digital bandit signs? - Cleaning up your CRM? - Improving your automations? Above all: today’s the last day of the month. You should be skip tracing leads. There is ZERO time to feel sorry for yourself. Because the day you close your first $5k, $10k… everything changes. The game looks different. But you don’t get there by watching. You get there by doing. 👉 Watch less.👉 Do more.👉 Track the data and adjust. That’s how you get strong in this business. That’s how you get paid. So I want to hear what are you doing today to get you multiple deals? Share!

These past few months have been financially grueling! From knowing I have such an amazing opportunity to utilize wholesaling to gain some financial leverage but having very little time to pour into it to now being given some unexpected financial relief is nothing short then how God works in ways you can't even imagine. Even with my frustration and financial uncertainty, I kept faith in me and Him! And kept the hustle going! Having this community as an outlet and outreach of encouragement, information, and like mindedness has been a game changer for me. Especially since I literally don't have people around who share my eagerness for real estate or creating financial wealth. I just want to share my utter appreciation for what Rick & Zach have created and to all who are a part of this group. While I don’t have a post to share about locking down my first deal yet having the financial burden lifted from us is everything! I am so grateful God has positioned me in a way that gives me more freedom & opportunity to focus on my goal. So in your heaviest of moments or when it feels like there's no way out, sincerely, never give up and stay focused because having faith really does matter! Sometimes your biggest lessons are being silent and having trust.
