Day 11: Centered Strength | October Challenge
Today’s session focuses on building core stability, the foundation for good posture, balance, and confident movement. When your center is strong, every movement becomes more powerful and controlled. Move slowly, stay grounded, and feel your strength from within.

Day 8: Move Without Fear | October Challenge

What a party this one was again, thank you!
Day 6: Daily Discipline | October Challenge
Discipline means showing up even on the days we don’t feel like it. When movement becomes a daily habit, it frees us from stiffness and pain, helping us move with strength and ease. After your session, share one benefit you’ve noticed from staying consistent.

I like it how you reframe words like sounds in stead of noise. And discipline in freedom is like Maria Montessori said in school with kids. I worked on a Montessorischool.
The One-Touch Rule | Decluttering Tip #2
When you pick something up, make one decision right away. Put it away, donate it, recycle it, or toss it. Each time we handle something without deciding, it lingers and adds to the mental clutter around us. Decluttering isn’t about getting rid of things, it’s about giving your ENERGY and attention to what truly matters. When we rehome something we no longer need, we’re not losing, we’re giving someone else the chance to love and use it. We’re all just exploring small ways to create more space, ease, and flow. Let’s keep supporting each other as we clear the physical and mental clutter that weighs us down.

I want to declutter my studybooks about remedial teaching, autism, learning problems, ADHD and more. A amount of 89 books I never use again. I am retired since 2008. They are too old for students to use but I can't imagine to declutter them in a bag and put it on the street. That sounds so rude.( is that a good word). What can I do? They don't give me any sparkle🙂
