Gentle Movements to Start the Week
Today we begin with a 10-minute Qigong practice. Connect your breath to each movement. Stay present. Move and flow with strength and steadiness in both body and mind. Set a simple intention: this week will be incredible, no matter what happens around you.

Don’t Feel Like It? Do It Anyway
Some days you just don’t feel like it. Moving, showing up, making the effort. Do it anyway. Those are the days that matter most. The days we don’t feel like it, but show up anyway, are where the real progress happens. Stay consistent. Move your body, even if you don’t feel like it.

Busy busy busy Sunday - I woke up a little sluggish. Hung with family last night and one drink turned into a couple more. I was reminded this morning why I don’t care to drink anymore. I had errands to run, grandkids coming over and projects lined up so I knew when I saw today’s title, I took it as a sign and got my butt moving! Projects today included getting onions planted in the garden, removing every single item from the patio and lower and upper decks. Then the power washing began. Once things dried off everything had to be replaced on the patio and decks. Then I hopped on the mower and got the back acre mowed. Somewhere in the middle of all these projects, I decided I needed a break. My break consisted of turning on this video to stretch and move so I would get a second wind to finish the rest of the projects. It really did the trick. Towards the end of all my projects, I realized I never became discouraged, never felt like I couldn’t keep going, and most of the time was either humming or smiling while doing all of it. Movement truly is medicine for our mind and body.
Seated or Standing, It All Counts
Today we move standing for some, seated for others. Grab a chair and let’s use a little imagination. Be creative, move in dynamic ways, and remember, we can build strength, mobility, and balance anytime, anyplace, anywhere.

Gentle Balancing Session
A gentle balancing session today. Got a little lost in the movement and things ran a bit long, but that’s how it goes sometimes;) Let’s keep showing up for ourselves and continue building balance that lasts a lifetime, creating strength, trust, and confidence in these beautiful bodies.
