Weekly Micro Challenge: "Today's Wins Gratitude List" Challenge ๐ŸŒŸ
Hello, fellow dreamers and achievers! ๐Ÿ™‚ Hope you all had an amazing last week, and are ready for another edition of our ๐–๐ž๐ž๐ค๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Œ๐ข๐œ๐ซ๐จ-๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐žs.๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ From today on, and for the next 7 days, the challenge is all about shifting your focus to the great effort you are putting in, and taking deliberate actions towards the goals you want to achieve..๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ“Œ The Guidelines are straightforward..๐Ÿ“Œ Every evening at the end of your day, make a "Today's Wins List"..๐Ÿ“ A list of the moments during the day, that will take you closer to your Best Self.๐ŸŒŸ This could include.. โžก๏ธ Something hard, difficult, or overwhelming - that you overcame. โžก๏ธ Sticking to your word, despite challenges. โžก๏ธ A moment that made the day really good. When you have your list, take a moment and reflect on these moments. What did you think? How did it feel? Just sit for a moment and reflect on it.๐Ÿ’ญ Give gratitude to it happening (and yourself), and that it is actively getting you closer to the life you want to live. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ญThis week is all about showing up, and aligning our actions with the person we aspire to be. Because by then, you WILL become them. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ If you struggle with knowing if what specific actions to take, perhaps look at your answers from the Micro-Journaling Challenge, and choose something that would make a difference to you? ๐Ÿค” โ• PS.โ• Please see this as an opportunity to raise awareness, and get you closer to your Best Self.. Hello there fellow Best Self dreamers, hope you've had a great weekend โ€“ and week of doing this ๐–๐ž๐ž๐ค๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Œ๐ข๐œ๐ซ๐จ-๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ž๐Ÿ™‚ It's been amazing to follow your perspectives and see the level of awareness and action wanting to be taken! ๐Ÿ˜€ โžก๏ธ Therefore.. this post is all about finding that insight that would really make a difference for you! ๐ŸŒŸ So.. For day 7, and the finale of the Microโ€“Journaling Challenge.. ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ“Œ ๐“๐Ž๐ƒ๐€๐˜๐’ ๐๐”๐„๐’๐“๐ˆ๐Ž๐ ๐Ÿ“Œ The truth is that progress doesnโ€™t lie in ideas, but rather action. We do not become what we say.. but rather what we do.. So with this in mind.. What has been the most impactful realization or lesson this week, that if implemented, would make a big leap toward your Best Self?๐Ÿค” ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ My Entry ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ I think this week has been a great reminder of a lot of important lessons and questions, and it is definitely hard choosing only one โ€“ but since I have to, I think it would be to tolerate fewer things, actions, habits, people, and thoughts taking me further away from my Best Self. We are so influenced by the world around us, but also by how we show up for ourselves, and I think this question definitely reminded me that there is no time to waste. It's so limited, so why go around and wait and NOT be the best I can, be because of tolerating things here and there? There's no reason to, so this is a big one for me. ๐Ÿค” โžก๏ธ Really looking forward reading through your perspectives after having gone through this week of raising awareness, and now focusing more on the implementation.. I Found the Best Time to GRIND
Entrepreneurs have a lot in common, but one specific thing about us differs for everyone. You most likely donโ€™t know about this unique trait of yours, though. Hustle Culture has attempted to make every entrepreneur a cookie-cutter version of each otherโ€ฆ This has caused lots of productivity problems for people. Iโ€™m tired of seeing this, so in this post, I want to help you find your peak performance time so you can improve your efficiency and make more money fasterโ€ฆ just like I did. As I was sayingโ€ฆ Hustle Culture has told everyone to wake up at 5 and get to work. Thereโ€™s value to that, Iโ€™ll admitโ€ฆ But for most people, that wonโ€™t work. That singular trait I was talking about is that we all have different times we function the best. Some of you can roll out of bed and do your best work at 5:05, and thatโ€™s great! For every one of you that can do that, there are nine that canโ€™t. Soโ€ฆ if it doesnโ€™t work for youโ€ฆ why would you do it? It's pretty ridiculous, honestly. So, how do you find that sensational time of yours? The raw truth is it takes trial and error. I remember dedicating an entire week to doing work blocks at the most random times. I grinded from 6:23 AM to 11:47 PM to see what was best. Eventually, I realized that my best time is mid-afternoonโ€”2-4 or so. After that, 8-10. Once I found these times, business skyrocketed. I could write posts like this so much faster and script videos much more efficiently, whatever it was I needed to do. Now itโ€™s your turn to do the same. Find that window where youโ€™re the most alive. It may take a whileโ€ฆ But I promise you itโ€™s gonna be worth it. Hey there fellow thinkers and ponderers โ€“ย it's time for day 4 of the ๐–๐ž๐ž๐ค๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Œ๐ข๐œ๐ซ๐จ-๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ž! ๐Ÿ™‚ Hope the last questions have left you with some important insights, and allowed you to make some meaningful change.. Today's question hopefully will as well!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿ“Œ ๐“๐Ž๐ƒ๐€๐˜๐’ ๐๐”๐„๐’๐“๐ˆ๐Ž๐ ๐Ÿ“Œ If you could have a conversation with your 80-year-old self, what piece of advice do you think they would give you? Furthermore, what's a question you would want to ask them?๐Ÿค” ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ My Entry ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ I think my 80-year-old me would tell me the very thing I logically know, but still struggle with letting completely go of.. not to worry so much. To take things more lightly and to simply be in the present instead of in my head, thinking about possible outcomes and scenarios.. And the question I would most likely want to ask would be something like "What was the most meaningful part of your life looking back?" โ€“ย for me to figure out where I need to focus more.
