Just hopped off a call with Bill and… wow.
I just had my first clarity call with Bill and I needed to share this because my ADHD brain has been drowning in “I should do 8 things at once” energy for weeks. In 20 minutes he took my entire messy funnel, cut out the noise, and gave me three clear next steps I can actually follow without burning out. No fluff, no pressure, just laser-focused direction. If anyone here is stuck in the “I know what to do… but also I don’t” loop — the call is absolutely worth it. It felt like someone finally turned the lights on in a very chaotic room. Just wanted to say thanks publicly — and highlight that these calls exist, because damn… that was the most ADHD-friendly clarity I’ve had in a while. …wild how @Bill Widmer did in 20 minutes what I’ve been trying to do for 3 weeks and 47 Google Docs 😂

@Niko Ford I totally get that! Bill is awesome, had an amazing conversion and I was really glad I made the jump. I posted the three takeaways from my call under Joricks comment, just in case you‘re interested.

Last Call for Clarity Calls! 💡☎️
In case you didn't know, I give every single new member a free 15-minute clarity call as a thank you for joining Focus Founders. It's a way for me to connect further with you all and give back! On these calls, I ask questions to help you get clarity on where you may be stuck in your business or ways you can get more out of it without hustling harder. Tomorrow (Wednesday the 26th) is the last day I have open on my calendar until after Thanksgiving. I have 5 spots open for anyone who wants to book their call and chat biz-nas and ADHD! So if you've been stuck in your business and need someone with over a decade of experience building businesses to help you get over that hump, or if you're just curious to meet me, then grab a time on my calendar before the holidays! And if you've already had a 15-min call with me and you found it useful, drop a comment letting people know what you thought of the call with me! I've already talked with close to 200 of you at this point. Recently sat with @Alison St. Romain @Mike Hillman @Abid Naqvi @Denielle Farrow @Josh Holland @Rebecca Pay @Bill Hazelton @Gorgi Ruis @Mogene Christensen and many others!

Genuine question for ADHD entrepreneurs
Do you ever get a random wave of “I’m gonna fix my entire life TODAY” and then 40 minutes later you’re lying on the floor because you printed out an ebook about a new hobby and forgot where you left your shoelaces and wondering why you even took them out in the first place? I swear ADHD business life is just a hyperfocus, burnout, panic loop. I’m tryna fix my systems but my brain is like “nah, let’s impulsively launch a new project instead.” How are y’all staying sane today??

@Verena Venus Totally get that 😅 That two-day rhythm is so real — one day full power, next day wiped out. Hoping the sleep + nutrition changes give you some relief soon!

@Mistie Chandler It’s weirdly comforting to know that it’s not just my broken-settings mode, it’s a pattern other ADHD brains run too. I really love the “one tiny step” reframe. I’m so used to all-or-nothing mode (which always makes me crash) that I forget one small move is enough. And the way you framed the ADHD brain as powerful but needing a gentler pace really landed! That line is going on a sticky note above my desk. Thank you for taking the time to write this.
Focus Founder's First Ever BOOK CLUB Meetup! 📚🤓
Where my nerds at?! Err, I mean, my sophisticated scholars 🧐 Next Sunday (Dec. 7th), @Sebastian Schroeder and @Reema Rana are hosting Focus Founder's first-ever virtual BOOK CLUB! 👉 Check it out on the calendar here. We'll be reading "Letting Go: The Pathway to Surrender" by David R. Hawkins. Letting Go is especially relevant for people with ADHD because it teaches a simple but powerful skill: stopping the internal fight. Many people with ADHD live in a state of constant self-resistance, pushing against overwhelm, shame, frustration, distraction, and “not enough” feelings. Hawkins’ approach helps readers learn how to notice emotions without suppressing, reacting to, or judging them, which can reduce emotional spirals, burnout, and decision paralysis. For ADHD minds that feel overstimulated and emotionally intense, the practice of surrendering resistance can create more calm, clarity, and self-compassion—making it easier to focus, reset, and move forward without getting stuck in mental loops. Will you be there?!

@Tamara aka Tami Grgas Totally get it 😅 I need audio + text at the same time, otherwise my brain opens like 50 tabs and none of them are the book.
