Hi, I'm Tannen from the Midwest currently living remotely around the Monterey Bay Area in Cali. Finally getting to the breathwork intro course on here. The most interesting place I've ever taken a breath was years ago on the highest point in Portland, Oregon at Council Crest. I was in the back of my retrofitted van on July 4 (during a fire ban, no fireworks) after taking some extrasensory medicines and experiencing the synchronicity of everything. My breath had slowed to the point that I wondered if I might die… It felt infinitely tranquil and uncertainly certain at the same time. Currently I am focused on unraveling and understanding myself enough to show up in the world with a temporally coherent identity & empowering that natural energy towards getting clear on and becoming obsessed with my desires. I feel confused on what’s attachment vs the pull of love. Unlearning more and more every day 💪 Thanks for having me here
