My favorite breakfast is Fage 2% yogurt with the honey (cherry is my second favorite). I hadn’t really about the added sugar in the fruit options. Moving forward, I have switched to plain, nonfat yogurt. I can top with local honey 🍯 and whatever seasonal fruit we have around.
Three takeaways: 1. Alcohol is a macronutrient (I had no idea) 2. Everything is fine in moderation 3. Eat my sweets while I’m driving home from the gym 😁 To the tune of Hamilton’s “Aaron Burr, Sir” aka Talk less… my plan is to drink less, eat more.
I have at least one if not two shakes a day. One is the latte shake for breakfast and then use whey with collagen and fruit. Having such a hard time getting all my protein in! Anyone else in this boat? Is that too much? Suggestions? Appreciate your help!
