Protein shakes
I have at least one if not two shakes a day. One is the latte shake for breakfast and then use whey with collagen and fruit. Having such a hard time getting all my protein in! Anyone else in this boat? Is that too much? Suggestions? Appreciate your help!

All about balance and moderation. Biggest take away- eat the sweets after working out! I struggle with sweets so having a time that it’s “acceptable” is helpful to me!

I am all too familiar with yo yoing. I was Working on finding my lifestyle when I got pregnant and now am hoping to finite my journey. I will focus on health- mental and physical.

Three lessons 1. Losing weight for image is not a bad thing , but refocus on along weight for health benefits! 2. Neat- this is how you actually lose weight 3. The diabetes and cardiovascular health conversation was eye opening for me. What I can do today- “Get off my ass”
