My personal experience with Classifieds VIP, it's nto what you might think...
This post is way overdue... I've been in Classifieds for a while and was so fortunate to be picked to join the first VIP cohort. At our very first official quarterly meeting, my POD decided they wanted to support my summit and my Skool Games run. That explains my absence from here; you might have noticed I've been a bit quieter than usual, a bit more absent. It's because I've been plotting strategy for Skool Games, and as part of that, I decided to run another summit (yes, I swore I would only do one, max two a year, and I was just coming off a very successful summit in January). There is so much wisdom inside our VIP, and everyone shares so openly. Today we got off a Think Tank-style call, and it was incredible to see how much wisdom we have inside our VIP group. We have over 60 incredible speakers, 30 + Live Sessions and 6 amazing VIPs @Shannon Boyer @Nathaniel Parant @Faith Adebayo @Sybil Hall @Jing Wang @Tiffany Noel Taylor presenting next week at the Oracle Cards Magic Summit. If you're a soulful entrepreneur, creative, energy healer, lightworker, mindset coach, manifestation coach, card reader, or card deck designer, etc., or just love Oracle Cards, you should come experience our summit. Our speakers are generously providing 60+ Gifts on top of their amazing sessions. Check it out here Oracle Cards Magic Summit. @Shannon Boyer , thank you so much for creating Classifieds VIP and for all the tireless work you put into it. ๐Ÿ™

Tomorrow We're Getting PERSONAL!!!
If you are a Premium member (only $3/month), you are invited to join us on Thursday for our bi-weekly PERSONALS meetup. And, no, it's not a dating meetup! It's an opportunity to connect with fellow serious CLASSIFIEDS members, talk about your community without worry if you are "self-promoting," and learn more about a topic that is on everyone's mind. This month we will be talking about churn - what it means, if you should care, and how to reduce it. It's a round table discussion for everyone to learn from each other, and the conversation is always rich. Please check the calendar for times in your time zone. See you there!

I got my calendar BLOCKED!!!!
Holy Cannoli! That's a lot of value!!!
I just took a look at the CLASSIFIEDS calendar and realized that there are a ton of amazing opportunities coming up in the next couple of weeks!!! This week is the PERSONALS for premium members. Come and meet other members, network, talk about your community and how you help people openly, and discuss the topic of the month (this month we are talking about churn!). The following week, I'm in Chicago, but the week after that, I'm offering something once or even twice a day(!!!). What was I thinking? I have no idea. Maybe making up for lost time....? I'll be talking about each opportunity more in the coming days, but for now I'd like to invite you to take a look at the calendar in list mode (did you know there was such a thing? It's a game changer) and see if there is anything you would like to add to your calendar. New member? There's something for you! Premium member? There's something for you! VIP member? There's something for you! Curious about becoming a VIP member? There's something for you!!! Questions, comments, thoughts, or feedback? I'm all ears. Shoot me a comment below! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Oh List mode is a vibe! Thanks for showing us. Itโ€™s the little things that count!
Why bigger isn't always better...
I've been thinking about the metrics that I want to focus on moving forward and how I want to judge success. The goal of this community has always been visibility and meaningful connections. As I've seen other communities grow faster, sometimes it's been a struggle to maintain the bar of only allowing Skoolers in. I get tons of requests every day that I turn down. The vanity metrics could be a lot higher. The reason I've stayed true to the original intention of the group is because I honestly believe that it is the right decision in the long-run and that it directly relates to the quality of the group as a whole - and it doesn't negatively affect anyone's visibility because we are a public group that can be seen by anyone. As I was thinking more about what to watch in terms of metrics, I decided to take a look at a few other larger communities to evaluate where we stand in terms of active members, which I believe is an important indicator of the health of your community. These screenshots below were taken within minutes of each other. Yes, this only represents that people are online in Skool and not necessarily this community, but if people aren't logging in to Skool at all, that's an even bigger problem. So, in a nutshell, I'm moving forward with my commitment to make this a community for Skoolers only, and I hope that at the end of the day, the quality of the interactions that you have in the community, during masterclasses, and in the live meetups will continue to prove that this is the right decision.
