@Beverley Wilson Thank you for the comments, currently someone is interested but asking for address, I haven't got paid yet anything. I was told if everything is true as mentioned in the deal I'll get paid full 25k but no money upfront. I don't know the developers, I don't know the financial status of the person making Inquiries, what should I do, take a chance and give him address?

If someone Buying 2 bedroom house for £75,000 on buy to let finance and rent it out for £800/m, is it good deal or bad?

@Sara Cromie Thank you for the message, the property was advertised for £75k, I bought it for 68K Needs 5/6k refurbishment Total cost is closed to 80k, estimated new value after refurbishment is in the region of 100k after discussing with the 2 separate estate agents locally. Short hold tenancy rental is minimum £800 in the area, I was told to ask £900 and rent out £850 easily. I live 2 hours drive away from this property, so I'll be renting through the agent. I'll leave it as it is, for a year and will find another similar project in same area. But for now Im awaiting keys and can't wait to kick start the refurbishment. And finance I arranged £20000 our savings, £10000 personal loan Rest is borrowing from one of my client for 3 year on no interest. I have to return him within 3 year just the original amount.
How was your Monday?
In my opinion, Mondays are key to setting the tone for a successful week. Hitting the ground running, knocking out essential tasks, and taking care of those low-hanging fruits can really build momentum. I kicked off my Monday with a 6am gym session alongside my coach, it’s the best way to get my body and mindset locked in. By 8:30, I was on our company-wide Assets for Life call, catching up with the team. We even did some energising exercises (yes, even some rooftop-style roaring might sound silly, but it works!). We also gave out company incentives and prizes. Whether you’re a sales director or in customer service, it’s so important to stay motivated and feel valued. Our people are the heart of the community. After that, I jumped into a content shoot with my awesome videographer, Tyler. In just a couple of hours, we knocked out 12 pieces of content and 5 ads. With the right strategy and a bit of prep, creating content for your business really can be that efficient. To wrap up, I checked in on my stock portfolio took less than 10 minutes thanks to the new strategies we’re using. After two years of learning from the best, I’m now seeing real returns on both time and investment. Speaking of which 🙌 we’ve got our brand new Stock Market Investor Bootcamp coming up on 5th May.
