Current Sales Message
Dear Friends, as I love to make sales easy and beautiful, I love to share my current message for LinkedIn. Dear ... I love to help leaders grow and find inner peace, because deep roots fear no storm. If this resonates with your leadership journey, I’d love to connect and explore how we can work together. Svenja After acceptance, I'll share the following A warm welcome to my network 🧡 I believe in the power of real conversations. Feel free to a book a coffee chat here (add your link) More of a text person? No problem - drop me a message, and we can start the conversation that way instead. You matter. Svenja Hope this helps to simplify your message and sales. Let me know what you think 😃

@Adam Egger Thank you for your feedback. That's a good idea to add a short one sentence intro and wait for their response. About the "mentally challenged/overwhelmed" - I don't like to work with pain marketing. I work with people who love to grow and develop their personality. It's like buying a luxury bag - none of the premium brands work with pain marketing or discounts. Hope you understand me.
Let's make this great 😍
Dear Adam + Community, I created a new concept that I keep in mind for around one year. I'll would love to hear your feedback for the - first draft - of my flyer for my clients. - How clear and easy to understand was the information on the flyer? - What additional services or features would you like to see offered? - On a scale from 1 to 10, how likely are you to recommend this service to others, and why? One thing I need to change is the price. Anything else is welcomed 😄

@Milena Dziebaj Thank you so much for your words and feedback, Milena! I'm late with my reply. Martin's tips were super helpful to clarify my process and product. And your question too. It helped me to clarify - is it about leadership, or the culture. I want to position the product with the cultural aspect and less with the leadership coaching.

@Adam Egger Thank you so much Adam for your valuable feedback. I see the main "issue" in my work, that I work with individuals and with teams and want to offer this product both of them. Point 2 - you are right! I cut the options out and focus only on the art and food aspect.
Want More Clients? Follow These 4 Simple Steps
Here’s a simple LinkedIn strategy: It works. Every time. Follow these 4 steps 👇 1. Fix your profile → Who you help → What you help them do → How you do it 2. Add ideal clients → Use LinkedIn search → 50 connections a week 3. Share valuable content → Solve their pain points → Show your expertise 4. Make daily offers → 1x offer to join your email list or community → 1x email offer to buy a small thing, → 1x email offer to buy a big thing. That’s it. Simple. Repeat. Your audience grows. Your income grows.

@Adam Egger Did you add in your list "You should buy my service because I really get you started!" 😄 Also, you have the quality to make things easy to digest and understood, hands-on and practical. This could be a big advantage for Non-It teams/ team members.

@Adam Egger No 😂 That would be weird ... I send the request, and after accepting, I'll write them a few days later "Hi ..., glad we've connected. How are you doing?"
Find Your Talent
Talent doesn’t feel like you’re amazing. It feels like the difficulties that others have are mysteriously absent in your case. Here's a good way to find your talents: Don’t ask yourself what your true talents are. Ask what other people seem weirdly bad at.

The best framework I discovered so far is the Zone of Genius Framework from Gay Hendricks. I'm into the topic of strengths, skills and talent since 2017, but nothing helped me more to see my value than this easy tool. Adam, I could share my short guide with the community. What do you think?

@Adam Egger Great, I will do it.
One LinkedIn Headline Tip no one Talks About
Your headline isn’t just the text below your name. It’s the first impression you leave EVERYWHERE. It shows up when someone views your profile. It shows up every time you leave a comment. So, what’s the #1 priority of your headline? ➜ State who you help + how you help them. Your audience should think: "This is someone I want to hear more from." But here’s the part most people miss: Where’s the FIRST place people see your headline? ➜ It’s not on your profile. ➜ It’s not even the whole headline. The FIRST place people see your headline is in comments. And they only see the FIRST 50 characters. What does that mean? You have just a few words to: ➜ Grab attention. ➜ Help your audience self-identify. ➜ Make them curious enough to click. Challenge for today: ➜ Look at your last comment. ➜ Check the snippet of your headline that’s visible. ➜ If you were your audience, would THAT text make you want to connect? Your headline isn’t just about you—it’s about them.

@Christian Bacher I dare to do it differently. My icp is an energy type (quality time and goods, music, food, philosophic, health and wellbeing, asking the deep questions ...) Instead of "How I help", I'll focus on their goal, what they want to achieve.
