@Mark Harris I was hooked by your musing about detachment and the origins of language and then went down my own rabbit-hole! (sorry, not sorry) I too feel safe here to question and learn from like-minded souls. Week 1- My Commitment Letter
I am here to commit to investing my time, energy in this blueprint.The world doesn’t need another version of me playing small. It needs the woman I am meant to be. To finishing the hero’s journey. To bring to life the dream I have carried in heart for years and never had the courage to make happen. When it gets hard I will reach out to the community, re-read my AI report, walk on the beach with an attitude of gratitude. I understand that transformation is not linear, I will fail. What matters is that I come back, pick my self up and take total responsibility for my life.

Morning Check in 3/18/26
πŸ“… Daily Check-in - March 17, 2026 πŸ’­ Reflection: One small win today... I found out that the screenplay I wrote has been selected as a Finalist in an international film festival that takes place where I live. If my script wins the award, I'll be able to participate in a table read of it with local actors in front of a crowd, which is exciting and a bit nerve-wracking all at once. Something that's bothering me is... I have had obligations that require my attention and energy the last three evenings in a row. Tonight and the next two nights will be the same. I'm feeling some dread over the lack of downtime to rest and recharge, and am definitely feeling overscheduled this week.

Congratulations on the screenplay πŸ† This is a big deal and it's completely understandable that you're feeling over-scheduled, especially when you want to divert your energy to the fun stuff over obligations. Remember that rest is important and it's ok to have low-energy days. Take a leaf out of @Jim Ebbelaar book and get an early night, hydrate, move your body, and feed your brain πŸ’›
