Super grateful for this win 🙌 I made this sale just yesterday, and honestly it feels so good to see the strategy working in real time. It’s not always about quick results it’s about consistency, showing up, and trusting the process. Little by little, the pieces start coming together.

@William Donald Thanks a lot! Wishing you many wins ahead too 🙌. For sure, I’d love to connect and see how we can grow together in the future.
Small Steps Create Big Change
We live in a world where everyone wants quick results. The flashy “overnight success” stories make us believe that if something doesn’t work fast, it won’t work at all. But the truth is, real success is built on small, often boring, consistent steps. Think about how compound interest works. A little money invested every day grows into something massive over time. The same is true for your habits. Ten minutes a day learning, improving, or creating doesn’t feel like much, but in months or years, you’re unrecognizable compared to when you started. The problem? Because small steps feel “too small,” most people ignore them. They want the big leap, the viral post, the dramatic success story. But those who commit to the little actions — showing up daily, learning consistently, improving gradually — they’re the ones who build something that lasts. Celebrate small wins because they are proof that you’re moving. Walking a mile starts with a single step. And every little step builds momentum that compounds over time. So don’t underestimate the power of small daily actions. They look invisible today, but tomorrow, they’ll be the reason people call you “lucky.” 👉 What small daily step are you committed to right now?

Sales Calls Suck? Try This
Ever hang up from a sales call feeling like … “Well that sucked” 🤦🏽‍♀️ When your confidence wavers after a call, it’s usually because you don’t have a clear way to measure how well you actually performed. Here’s a way to fix that and boost your close rate in the process: Create your own Sales Call Scorecard. A scorecard keeps you focused on the essentials during the call, and helps you evaluate yourself after. When you use it consistently, it trains your nervous system to deliver with confidence every time. Here’s how to build one: (edit; I forgot to mention that Growthworks has something called “The Perfect Sales Script”. It’s a great checklist). 1️⃣ Collect 2–3 recent sales call transcripts. 2️⃣ Look for moments where you did or didn’t do the things that move a sale forward — e.g.: • Did I clearly reveal the gap between where they are now and where they want to be? • Did I repeat their own timeframe back to them? • Did I ask what they’ve tried so far to close that gap? 3️⃣ Turn those moments into a checklist. 4️⃣ After each future call, run the transcript against your checklist to score yourself. 🤖FYI CHAT GPT can help with all of this. You’ll know exactly where you’re strong, where you’re skipping steps, and how to tighten your flow. And because you’re focused on the process instead of just the outcome, your confidence will grow — which has a funny way of turning into more “yes” decisions.

Fine Tuning One Page Cheatsheets
💡 Design Observation / Workflow Friction While working through the nine (9) One Page Cheatsheets, I notice two things that keep slowing me down: 1️⃣ Clipped Text – longer items in the Affiliate Mastery box get cut off instead of wrapping. This is a character count issue. It would be nice if the characters are counted first, prior to generating the assets and they get corrected - abbreviated, relabeled or synonyms picked before hand. 2️⃣ Alignment Quirk – the middle row of that same box doesn’t line up cleanly with the rows above and below, so it feels visually “off.” Neither of these are show-stoppers, but I’ve had to manually tweak them every time I edit, and it adds up = particular this happens in each of the 9 One Page Cheatsheets :( 👉 Tagging @Aaron Fletcher and team, because even small polish fixes like this make the assets easier to use, present, and share.

The Friction Was the Clue
When I first started building my “perfect” offer, I told myself I needed to move away from serving people struggling with addiction. Not because I didn’t care about them—I do, deeply. But I thought if I created something for a larger audience, it would be more scalable and profitable. The problem was I was thinking too generally. I couldn’t attach a real value proposition to a clear core currency. I was stuck in a swirl of ideas that sounded good… but didn’t have the precision to create impact. Then a mentor said something that stopped me in my tracks: “Focus on your calling and the money will follow. Work through the friction, don’t try to avoid it.” That friction—the part I was avoiding—was my calling. Enrolling in the Growthworks Certification cracked things wide open for me. I finally understood currency… value… and the power of my unique mechanism. When you truly grasp those, you can set off a huge payload. I went from feeling overwhelmed and on the verge of giving up……to having absolute clarity about who I serve and what value I bring. Today, my work is for Christian professionals struggling with addiction—because the road we walked is often the arena we serve. And now, my offer has real transformational value, not just good intentions. If you’re stuck in the messy middle right now, here’s my encouragement: Don’t run from the hard part. That friction might be the very thing that defines your most powerful offer. What’s the part of your business you’ve been avoiding—but know deep down could be your greatest impact?
