Hi everyone, I'm Angela, and I'm a newbie within the AFL. I've left it a little late in life to join, but they say age shouldn't hold you back. This is a huge challenge for me in more ways than one. I'm a dinosaur with technology, which in it's self doesn't help, so I feel as if I've jumped in at the deep end. I'm willing to learn, and I'm hoping to use other people's money to get me started. Looking for people to hold my hand and guide me through these, what seem like scary processes. Any help on my journey would really be appreciated, thank you.

I’ve kind of landed on my company name after much chop and changing, everything I thought of had already been taken. I’m starting on the logo. Hi everyone I’m Katie, I’m really excited to join the group and will be at the boot camp next week. I don’t know about you, but over the last few years I have contemplated at least a dozen different business ideas, from personal trainer, dog trainer, going self employed as an electrician but all of these ideas had great elements but none of them could build the fire in my belly that property game has. This is the only avenue I’ll be running down. My goal is to deal source, find distressed properties in my area and work to get a BMV deal ready for an investor. Current step is learning to run numbers for a deal. Come say hi at the event if you see me.
