Still in Process. Still Loved
God is not asking you to become someone else. He is not disappointed that you are still in process. Philippians 1:6 (NIV) “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Sanctification is not self-improvement or spiritual performance. It is participation with a God who is already at work within you. Many people approach God only when they feel strong, focused, or spiritually disciplined. But the invitation of Scripture is presence, not performance. God forms us not just through activity, but through abiding. Today, set aside two minutes. Sit quietly. No agenda. No fixing. No striving. Just presence. Even restlessness is allowed. The Spirit meets us exactly where we are. Spiritual growth often happens beneath the surface, quietly and faithfully.

2026 One Word
Happy 2026 Dr. Moss! I was curious if you have ever read this book? This is my 3rd year doing this instead of making resolutions. I would love to hear others thoughts.

@Quinton Moss One Word That Will Change Your Life invites believers to prayerfully seek one word from God to guide their year, rather than relying on multiple resolutions made in human strength. Through reflection, Scripture, and prayer, the chosen word becomes a way to align the heart with God’s will and the person He is shaping you to become.

@Quinton Moss the whole thing is about 45 minutes if you listen via Audible. Me and my friend Leah do this yearly. She’s on year 5. I thought about you this year been reading. Today I listened as I continued my De-clutter project.

Be Well During the Holidays
The holidays can be joyful and meaningful but they can also be emotionally demanding. Being mentally well during this season does not require perfection. It requires intention. Protect your energy by setting limits and allowing yourself to rest. Keep simple routines that support sleep nutrition and movement even when schedules change. Stay connected with people who feel safe and supportive and reach out when you need help. Let go of the pressure to make everything perfect because presence matters more than appearances. Ground yourself through gratitude prayer reflection or quiet moments. Most importantly give yourself grace. Mixed emotions are normal and joy stress and grief can exist at the same time. Taking care of your mental health during the holidays helps you show up better for the people you love. Peace presence and connection matter most during this season.

I struggle with this season. Having lost both parents and not having close relationships with most family is mentally draining this time of year. Ready for 2026!

@Quinton Moss thank you for those kind words of encouragement. Me and my husband have decided to start our own traditions next season. Merry Christmas!
Question for the group👇🏾
I was talking with one of my leadership team members about how her team has continued to perform at a high level despite significant challenges. When I asked what made the difference, her answer was simple but powerful: they are resilient, they adapt, and they expect change. Nothing stays the same. Change is inevitable in every area of our lives. The question is not if change comes, but what anchors us when it does. For me, two anchors matter most: • A simple, structured daily routine that keeps me steady when everything else feels unpredictable • Staying anchored in God, who is steadfast, unchanging, and always shows up So I’m curious: 👉 What helps you stay grounded and resilient when life shifts or gets hard? 👉 Is it routine, faith, mindset, people, or something else? Share what’s worked for you. Someone else here may need it today.

For me personally, I depend on my faith, and then my routine. Starting every day with my Bible is a no brainer. Without His word in the morning my day will sometimes crumble. I do Bible plans so that I am constantly reading the Bible all the way through, I try to get through it twice a year but also allow myself grace if something comes up and I only read through once. Secondly, I am on a very small team at my practice, and we have learned a rhythm to make sure that we address all issues daily.
