In my walk with God at 11:50 AM, I stepped out to the parking lot of my practice and asked Him to show me what needs tightened up—in business and at home. Sunday Focus
I started slow today, but ended strong with my walk with God at 6:40 pm, followed by weightlifting. As I prepare for Monday, I hold to Hebrews 12:2—fixing my eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of faith. I ask God to recalibrate my mind, bio, and spirit so I enter the week like a true compass pointing to Him. I pray that all of you will be well in mind, body, and spirit this week. Slow Saturdays
Slow Saturdays are my new rhythm. I’m learning to make them as unhurried as Sundays—time to put pen to paper, reflect, and map out the week ahead. After errands, I retreat to the backyard, breathe in the breeze off the water, and settle into gratitude and mindfulness.
