I got into an accident, i got hit from the back😫
Thank God i am safe, and sound, just a scratch and dent on the car. So upset but still thankful to God everyone in the car was safe.

Well, I’ll say salesforce is a cloud based C.R.M (customer relationship management) that helps businesses both large and small scale businesses to manage their sales, customer data, customer relationships, marketing etc. just to improve the overall wellbeing of business. So for a beginner I’ll say look at the role of a wife /mother in a home - Just as the wife Manages the affair and finances of the home.S.F also does same. - Just as a wife/mom keeps track of home records that’s how S.F keeps tracks of its customers and maintain relationships. - The mom ensure the home is well run that’s how S.F ensure business run smoothly by organizing data etc. - as mom reminds the family of important events like birthdays etc. S.f dose same by reminding the business of important tasks. Etc.
