No, You are!😆
What if the best excersise equipment you need is nothing?
I love the gear, I love the equipment. It looks cool, and sometimes lets you learn a cool skill that a lot of people can't do. As we travel through our movement journey it is essential that we remember that we are the most important equipment that we will ever need. Situations change, we change. Having the ability to move our body matters more getting that rack of weights, those bands, that giant cardio machine. If you have the equipment already, use it. If you don't, do not let it hold you back from moving your body and being active. Because…. Your body is the most important piece of equipment you’ll ever have. And you already have it. It’s you! WOD 10 minute minimal/no equipment workout. 40-50 sec on 3-4 different exercises with one cardio/sprint-like exercise. What would you do if you didn't have any equipment today?

@Samuel Wendland you should try it!
I did something new!
I saw this movement a while back and thought that it was not only cool but something that I might not be able to do. So I tried it. And failed. It is hard to do. But it is so close to something else that I can do I thought it would be something that I could. I do a bridge walk around regularly. Start in a bridge walk my feet all the way around. The new skill is not on the head it is just on hands walking all the way around. I tried again and failed. Fast forward, I started a new coaching gig and have been working out trying to get all my guys doing the one that I can. The other day I was trying to describe it to my wrestler, who was doing it wrong. Telling him that his hands need to stay in the same place as he walks around. Then I mentioned the other one. Tried it and I did it!!! I feel proud and it has given me a renewed sense of I can still do hard things, and also do new things after 40. What are you working on? How can we help you reach your goal? I’m much better and helping people with specific things than general advice. Have a blessed day.

Congrats!!!! Sometimes you just have to keep at it!!!
QOTD
"The best never stop learning the fundamentals." I took this from a clinic I was watching the other day and deleted the word wrestlers. The more I expand my knowledge on any subject the more I understand that there are basics in all areas. What basic/fundamental skill are you working on? I'll go first, breathing less.
