Jefferson Deletion
Hey everyone I have been MIA life has been throwing some curve balls. I do want to pop in with where I am at right now. So early March I bought Rebecca’s Debt Defense Bundle. I used the deficient letter to send as a follow to the documents that they sent as a response to my previous request. I just happened to log into Experian Jefferson has been removed. Check Credit Karma and Jefferson has been removed from Transunion but still showing on Equifax I think this could be a step in the right direction although I haven’t heard anything back from Jefferson

@Rebecca Symone Yes directly to them. The initial letter they responded a password protected email. Basically sending the same thing other agencies send in the mail. Which led to me send the deficient letter. Since than the file has been removed from all three credit agencies. I am keeping an eye out on my email and postal mail.

Happy Sunday
Hello, everyone! Just wanted to check in with everyone. Im not 100% but I am feeling better today. Who would be up for our Enforcer Briefing call today? I was thinking 4 or 5 pm Central. Study Group
I know some of us are working on replies to debt collectors and just trying to really grasp some of the information. Anyone interested in choosing one day a week to study and work on responses together outside of class? Or even to go over homework questions. If so drop the best dates & times that work for you.

Getting Organized
Immediately after class today I gathered every piece of communication from 3rd parties, postmarked certified mail receipts, every letter sent, printed delivery confirmation of every certified letter. I separated every account and put them into its own sheet protector. Now I just have to transfer them into a binder Initially I was mad that life started to life for me summer 2025 but now I see that I am being initiated into gaining information that cannot be taken away from me. Looking forward to seeing what this journey will unfold for me. How are you guys getting or staying organized?
