Hello Enforcers, I had a few of you reach out to me because you have fallen behind on the modules and needed some extra time to catch up. First, I want you to be reassured that I totally understand we all have lives and responsibilities outside of learning and I want each of you to catch up before we deep dive into FCRA, which I introduced in Module 6. In an effort to leave no student behind , of the students who have been here since last month, are we all caught up until Module 6? If not, you can use this week to catch up. We will introduce a new module next week once everyone has sat through Module 6 which is almost 2 hours long. … Do me a favor and check in by liking the post or commenting once you are all caught up. @Cj Contreras I removed the meeting for tomorrow to give everyone a chance to catch up and check in before we move forward. We have a lot of students trying to catch up. I’ll look into your second question and see if I can do that.

Have Far Have You Gotten?
Check in post for each of you. How far have you gotten in the modules? Remember that each tier has everything included in their tier as well as the ones below them. I can see your progress but I'd like to see who's paying attention to these posts honestly... 👀

Jefferson Deletion
Hey everyone I have been MIA life has been throwing some curve balls. I do want to pop in with where I am at right now. So early March I bought Rebecca’s Debt Defense Bundle. I used the deficient letter to send as a follow to the documents that they sent as a response to my previous request. I just happened to log into Experian Jefferson has been removed. Check Credit Karma and Jefferson has been removed from Transunion but still showing on Equifax I think this could be a step in the right direction although I haven’t heard anything back from Jefferson

Did you send a letter directly to Jefferson? If they didn’t respond send it again.

@Superior Shanice you can send Jefferson a thank you letter for ceasing reporting since it’s removed from all three now and request confirmation of their receipt of your previous correspondence in writing. I hope you’re tracking these letters so you can prove when they are being received by them. Thats the best way to set your claim up for court where you end up winning for their violations.

@Stella Knight big congrats to you on your new company purchase ! This is what cleaning your credit can get you all! Stella was my student before the academy and is a great example of how applying what you are learning actually helps you in the long run. Stella wasn’t required to do a down payment or anything.
