Airtable alternatives?
I'm really sick of the entire Airtable (and its cousin notion) hype. Please share alternatives that you have used, tried or can recommend!

Testing CRM
Want to hear thoughts on workflow integrations into CRMs. How do you test with out affecting live CRMs.?

Some CRM's like Close offer a second workspace for free. I used that to develop blueprints. Also you could ensure that you only target a selected number of leads at first with matching criteria X

Convenient, fast, lots of integrations? - Loom paid worth it if you want to save lots of time. You can unsubscribe from pro if you can record them in bulk. Fancy? - Screen Studio (Mac) - expensive but super high polished look, would only use for high ticket customers or get that 🌟 wow effect Free tools sometimes do not include microphone recording without the paid option. There is a free video editing tool in the App store (also available for Windows check here https://www.vlognow.me/ a bit more difficult to run initially) which is a hidden gem with different presets and basic editing functionalities. Super convenient. I boycott Adobe now but Premiere Pro is the best editing tool overall.

Apollo isn't a scraper, it's a slightly stale database due to LinkedIn API blockade. You'll get high quality lead data from Sales Navigator but the volume is quite low. If you want to use Apollo, you'll still need enrichment options. Did you check Apify? Clay is super expensive. Databar is a marketplace thing but it's not super useful when rest API is only available in higher tier.
Software Recommendation for MVP User Feedback
I'm having a select group of 10 users test my MVP to confirm market fit and top priority features, integrations, etc. These folks are NOT super tech savvy. Think lawyers, investment bankers. Which software tool is best for me to use to collect user bugs, liked features, hated features, add feature requests, and allows them to do that in the web UI.. maybe include screen shots of what they're seeing. Then of course I need to see that info. in an actionable way to determine which should be implemented, etc. Then finally it should notify the specific user when that item is pushed live to the site. I know there are tools like Jira, Canny, ProductBoard, Usersnap, Frill, Featurebase. Looking for recommendations based on actual usage of the tool.. Priority is to find a tool to get from MVP to production app.. can certainly upgrade to a Jira later...

From a user experience view probably Gleap is more intuitive but also more expensive. Featurebase requires users to take manual screenshots but it has a free generous tier whereas Gleap is paid (trial). There was an aspirational open source alternative which I couldn't find.
