I built an AI system that manages +60 rental properties (fully automated)
A landlord with 60 properties across the UK was spending hours every month manually tracking rent payments, updating spreadsheets, and chasing who paid and who didn't. I automated the entire thing. Now here's what happens every month without anyone touching a spreadsheet: → Bank transactions come in and get automatically matched to the right tenant and property → Every tenant's payment history and running balance updates in real time → Any tenant who didn't pay gets flagged automatically at month end → Edge cases and unrecognized transactions get routed to a separate review sheet → The landlord gets a full monitoring dashboard (current month and previous month) across all 60 properties The result? What used to take hours of manual work now takes zero minutes. The landlord opens his sheet and everything is already done: balances updated, payments logged, non-payers flagged. That's what AI automation actually looks like in the real world. Not a chatbot. A system that runs in the background and handles the operational work that used to eat your time. If you manage properties, recurring client payments, or any kind of monthly billing, this same system can work for you. I'm putting together a free resource breaking down exactly how this works. Comment "rent" below and I'll send it to you.

Using n8n and AI for Real Estate Prospecting Automation
Today I was looking at an interesting use case for n8n in the real estate and construction space. Many companies in these industries rely heavily on manual research and prospecting. Teams spend hours searching for property data identifying potential projects and organizing information from different sources. This is exactly where automation can make a big difference. With n8n and AI integrations it becomes possible to build workflows that collect data analyze opportunities and organize prospects automatically. Instead of manually researching leads the system can gather information process it and send structured insights directly to the team. Another common task is cleaning up existing automations. As workflows grow over time they can become messy or inefficient. Rebuilding them with proper logic error handling and better structure can significantly improve reliability. The combination of workflow automation and AI makes it possible to turn repetitive research tasks into scalable systems that run in the background. For industries like real estate and construction where information gathering is constant this kind of automation can save a huge amount of time and improve how prospecting is done.

I think the more we advance in this AI space, especially as it relates to workflows, the trend are heading more towards less manual development and more prompting development. If you will, say, for instance, two years ago, Make.com was the forerunner when it came to workflows; then N8N came on the scene and Make.com kind of faded away. Now it's Claude code and other platforms like it. As the platform and workflows progressed and got better, it seems like there's less effort on building workflows and more on prompting workflows. The same holds true for error handling and workflows breaking down. There seems to be a trend, and it's right on the forefront of automations having a fail-safe measure in them that can monitor the workflow and make corrections as needed. It also adds a security element to the workflow. What do you guys think about that?
Voice Platforms
I've been doing a lot of work with voice agents and actually delivered one and it's in a beta stage. My question is, which platform do you find that works the best between Vapi and retell? What seems to be the general consensus?
Claude limits hit me 4 times in 20 hrs… anyone else facing this? 😅
Quick question for builders here 👇 I started building my AI automation website using Claude Code (paid plan)… Everything was great at first, but I hit limits 4 times in less than a day 😅 So I switched things up: Now I use Claude + Google Antigravity AI as backup And honestly, it works much better No stopping, no waiting, just keep building Curious: 👉 Are you guys also using multiple AI tools together? 👉 Or sticking to just one? Would love to know your setup

Yeah I got hit with the same restraints. It seemed like first it was a few hours; then after that it went to two days. It seems like now that I'm not using it for extended periods of time, like hours on end, it refreshes.

another thing that I noticed with Claude Code as well is that it'll send you in a loop. I was looping for a number of hours and that's what ate up all my tokens as well. Now I've kinda added a prompt in there to tell it not to loop and to tell it not to hallucinate. That seems to be helping out.
Which one looks better? Need honest feedback 🙏
Hey everyone, I’m working on my AI automation portfolio + personal website and I’m stuck between these two versions: 1 → https://vishalchopde-v3.vercel.app/ 2 → https://vishalchopde.vercel.app/ I’m trying to keep it simple but also make it look premium and trustworthy (so clients actually book calls). Would really appreciate your honest opinion:• Which one feels better overall?• Which one would you trust more? If both need improvement, feel free to roast it 😅 Thanks in advance!

I think the first one looks better and I think it has a better flow.
