Do we know when this is dropping? I can’t tell if it’s already been released. If it is, can you point me to where I can find it so I can purchase it? Thanks!

The Extra Rep Mentality: Do More Than What’s Required 💪🔥
It’s easy to hit your target and stop there. You’re supposed to do 10 reps, so you do 10… and then call it a day, right? But what if you trained yourself to always push for one more? 🤔 This mindset is about more than just building physical strength, it’s about training your mind to believe you can do more than you think. If you always stop where the plan ends, you’ll reinforce a habit of staying in your comfort zone. But by going beyond, even by just one rep, you’re proving to yourself every time that you’re capable of more. 🧠 When you consistently do more than what’s required, you build mental toughness and make breakthroughs feel more natural. This mentality translates to everything training, work, life. It’s a habit of excellence. 🙌 How to Start: Next time you have a goal, 10 reps, 30 seconds, or even a set number of minutes... Push for 1 more. 1️⃣ Set the goal in your head. 2️⃣ Hit that target, but then push for one extra rep or second. 3️⃣ Repeat every session until it becomes second nature. 💥 Over time, this “extra rep” mentality becomes who you are, and you’ll find yourself pushing past barriers you never thought possible. Have you ever tried this approach? What’s one area where you can start applying the “extra rep” mentality? 💬⬇️ Do you usually push for more than what’s required?

Being Lean To Learn Calisthenics Skills Controversy
I know that you have to be lean to learn calisthenics skills(planche, front lever, iahs, etc) fast and to reduce injury tht might happen while learning these. Such as tendons and joints injury. But for example, if a person started his cutting phase eating 2000kcal per day and after months he got super lean(to a point where u can see his biceps veins, abs veins, etc) after several months, his body will adapt to this 2000kcal and training and everything else. If he still wants to be in his deficit, he'd have to eat less and move more which isnt ideal in this situation. If he still manages to be like this state for months, his body will gain fat cuz his body knows that it needs to survive. In this situation, do u think he should eat in a slight caloric surplus for months and start his cut again? Or should he just keep doing what he was doing? Or do you guys have any other opinions?
