Hi all. I don’t know if this is anything you deal with? I’ve been fighting with my gas / electric agent. I’ve been in bed for days now with the flu. Today, someone was knocking my door, I didn’t know or care who it was, I was in bed. I hear a tinkering noise, then this woman is walking up my hall. They had picked my lock and broke in. Recovery agents!! She said they had a warrant of entry, I asked to see the Warrant, it was a laminated letter around her neck, I asked for my copy so I could call the judge ( or who ever) had signed it. She said I couldn’t have the warrant 😡 They want to install pre payment meters. I asked her to leave x3 Then she said she would have to call the police. But they never arrived. I am livid. I’m a single woman of 62, a fighter, but how dare they break into my home!! Who do I complain too about this? They are not gonna get away with this intimidation and coercion . Sorry for long rant 😪 Sue
