Simple Salmon Meal
My latest obsession I have on repeat … wild coho salmon, zucchini sautee, and white rice. Delish!! For those struggling with tummy and digestive issues, this meal is light and easily digestible. For the salmon - salt, pepper, lemon - bake 400 degrees for 11mins. What’s your favorite way to eat salmon or other types of fish?

I cook my salmon in a sauce I make that is so yummie, grated ginger, fresh garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and braggs ( natural soya)

I did it !!
I did it !! I committed to the Fit n Healthy, program a gift of health to myself, as I turned 61! Many of my friends are starting to have health issues, I want to ensure my insides, my organs are healthy. As, well I want to lose 20 lbs that has creeped on since menopause 🤪 cause, I want to be proud of my body 😀 and not hide and I certainly don’t want to buy bigger clothes either. Habits are hard to change and as humans we don’t like discomfort or hard things! So I dug deep for my Y, my reason and committed to myself to loose the weight and detox my body! I am now surrounded with support to change. Thank you to the team “Fit Healty “ so greatful for this community! 🥰
