AC262 And Cardarine
Hi 👋 I am using 20 mg of Ac262, Cardarine daily before working out. Question on non workout days should I keep taking the same dose?.

I still take Cardarine along with S4 on rest days. This keeps the dosing constant and prevents to much clearing out, and prevents not getting max effects from lower dosages. The goal should be to get into a steady state, where your body has enough of the tools and resources to perform and also grow. You perform in the gym and grow outside the gym.

5 amino 1mq or cardarine 5 amino sounds unreal any experience on it? I don't do diets pretty lean just don't over eat. 5 amino sounds to good be true any info be awesome 💪

I prefer Cardarine over 5-Amino. I can actually see and feel the difference in performance when taking Cardarine. Since you are already lean, the added performance boost is where you will see the most benefit and bang for your buck. I included Cardarine in my previous cut and it really helped me push through the 5-days of weight training and 6-days of 40 minutes on stairmaster for 8 weeks. Most people misunderstand S4.

@Tony Huge Thanks for your insight! I'll do some more research into S23, but may end up running S4 again since I was happy with results and no side effects or complications.
