@Tony Huge thank you ☺️yeah makes sense wasn't really feeling any benefits from tesamorelin seen video on AOD like you said different pathway which doesn't affect hormonal balance body like jigsaw puzzle finding right piece's 🤣I'll keep group updated as seeing results just little fine tuning 💪

@Tony Huge only going try small dose mon to Fri weekends off like mini break any side effects nose bleeds I'll discontinue I try to listen to my body noticed when do run anobolics rare now respond better to smaller doses. Adjusted my diet little tweaks protein with water black coffee now noticed within 2 weeks taking shape rather than looking bulky plus tin sardines day that's grim. Just little adjustments monitor myself in mirror 😊

Ok so watching short video tom platzz said I never really ate alot back in the day 3 cans tuna apple eggs bacon then bit chicken rice that it seriously 😒 what hell were they taking back in day get that big? Or was it is training more intensity over volume push hard rest hard remember Arnold saying same wasn't big eater back in the day.

@Tony Huge training figured out now intensity constant tension don't lock out in movements actually avoid full stretch but that works for my body shape better contraction. Food intake is about as good as it's getting main source carbs cream of rice quick easy tastes nice protein shakes with water less bloating I just keep the carbs low allows more calories throughout day. Found if eat protein first fills me up can cheat bit bacon eggs cut bread out trying bio hack the food 😆to degree can't eat something don't enjoy found mot c keeps muscles fuller least one cheat meal a day satisfied all night. Weekends do blow out though lol but get keep muscle fullness and pump. With food go off how feel not competing just want look good year round 💪but thankyou 👍

@Tony Huge the pump I get from partial reps constant tension unreal arms sore body is finally taking shape lowered dose super bulk 500 to 1ml body reacted better tight pumped should really keep diary high carbs usually tea body like sponge absorbs them 😆started eating sardines extra protein hold me breathe 🤢I'll keep you posted 💪
