@Chris Alexander That’s a solid direction, especially if your main focus right now is cognition and mood instead of just pushing the gym side. Enclo at that dose a few times a week can give you a nice baseline boost without overdoing it, and the boron, D3/K2, omega 3s all support that foundation well. Semax, methylene blue, and modafinil together can be powerful, just pay attention to how you feel day to day so you don’t end up overstimulated or flat. If you’ve already got the gym side locked in, dialing in sleep, stress, and mental clarity like this is honestly what takes everything to the next level. @Michael Abraham Much better setup now. You removed the overlap and let each pathway actually work. MK-677 with CJC/IPA already covers GH/IGF-1, so using IGF-LR3 in phases makes sense instead of running everything nonstop. MOTS-C is fine since it’s a different pathway, and AOD is a cleaner add for fat loss. Just keep an eye on glucose, water retention, and BP. Cleaner stack, better results.

Start around 2200 to 2400 kcal and adjust based on progress. You want a small surplus, not a dirty bulk. Keep protein high around 130g, carbs around training, fats moderate. MK677 and slin can help with appetite and nutrient partitioning, but if calories are too high you’ll just gain fat. Focus on training hard and staying consistent, that’s what fixes skinny fat.

@Subhajit Das Keep the 10k steps in, don’t cut that. It’s actually helping your nutrient partitioning so more of those calories go toward muscle instead of fat, especially since you’re running MK-677 and slin which already push nutrients into cells. The key is just not overdoing cardio to the point it hurts recovery or makes it hard to stay in a small calorie surplus. If you’re eating around that 2200–2400 range and progressing in the gym, 10k steps daily is perfect for staying lean while you slowly build.

It's designed for sedentary patients who don't train, don't take compounds, and don't push their biology. Here's what the medical system won't tell you: The Assay Problem Standard immunoassays cross-react with other androgens. You could be at 200 ng/dL or 1200 ng/dL and the test would show the same number. They see "androgen" and guess. Wrong every time.
