Thank you for showing how to look up markets using Land Watch and Redfin. How you use the "Sold" and "On Market" to calculate the Sell Through Rate was awesome.

Hello Clay and Team, just watched the Using Free tools to Find Killer Markets. Do you have a list of Land Vision and Price resources so I can investigate them further?

I live in Tyler, Texas (East of Dallas). For 13 years I was a teacher but shopping at Goodwill for my kids new school cloths was no longer the father I wanted to be. I change careers but with Land flipping I am trying to no longer just survive but build a legacy for my family to thrive. I am open and willing to listen and/or do anything to make this adventure successful.

Good morning, I reside in NYC and am mostly working in the SC market right now focusing on land and mobile home flips. My partner and I do not renovate the mobile homes but if you come across any mobile homes (single or double wide) that are in need of repair let me know! They must be on their own land, not parks. We have buyers around most of the state that will take these.
